So tired I forgot to post a few times.

I know I didn't get to sleep until sometime after 7am, but I forgot to post at that point.

Got up about 10am...ish.

I think I'm wearing down.  Honestly, the wearing down hasn't happened nearly as fast as I thought it would.  I guess that's a good thing?  I dunno.  All I want at this moment is to go back to bed and to get to sleep within five minutes of laying down.  Even 30 minutes would be nice, but it's not going to happen.

I'm wondering if there are any outlets for sleep tracking that I haven't thought of or found out about yet.  Random comments with suggestions would be appreciated.
I've considered a sleep study, but was told that the only good that would do is to detect if I have sleep apnea and determine if I need a Darth Vader mask to breathe while sleeping.
I've also found a few devices that sync up with a computer or phone.  Some track movement.  The fitbit looked interesting.  I don't recall the name of the other one that stuck in my mind, but it was a headband that was meant to track brainwaves, I believe.
I'm not sure how useful tracking it would be besides being able to hand a doctor a chart that clearly shows that there really is no "average amount of sleep".  It seems to be believed that if the doctors reword the same question that there will be a different answer the second time than "There is no average.  It varies entirely."
Maybe at that point, seeing a clear graph or something, they would say "holy crap" and figure out that there is clearly something going on.  Lots of going on.  So much going on that it won't go off.
I don't know.  My nerves feel shot.  I'm twitching at random.  Muscle spasms from lack of rest.
